Slidetex™ is a 70 denier, 100% nylon Rip Stop fabric, with a proprietary polyurethane coating that is extremely slippery.  The product is designed for patient transfer applications (patient slides  & patient transfer sheets ).   It is also used as a  interior lining fabric for wheelchairs and health care mattresses to promote shear reduction.
