Neotex is a family of Chloroprene Rubber fabrics widely known as Neoprene. They are commonly used for in applications where a soft stretchable foam fabric is required.  Neck rests and restraints are just  two commonly used applications for Neotex  Neotex is available in single sided ( fabric on one side ) and double sided (fabric on both sides ) .
