Whispershield is a family of  thermally bonded lofted fire barriers made from a blend of fine denier silica based rayon and other polymeric fibres.  Whispershield is 88″ wide and  available in multiple weights and widths.

In most cases compliance with mattress standard CFR 1633 can be achieved with our Whispershield A + 0.5 OSF .  For more challenging mattress designs Whispershield 0.75 OSF and Whispershield 1 OSF are the FR Barriers of Choice.
